Invitations

Invitations can have tremendous power. To be asked to join or be included in something can bring life and joy, to be excluded or miss out on an invitation can bring remorse and heartache. Invitations can have the power to shape us, to shape who we know, where we go, and what we do. The language of invitation is throughout Scripture and the character of our God is that of inviter. For the next couple weeks we’re going to look at some different invitations God extends to us. You are invited to join us, to experience these invitations from God and perhaps accept the invitation.
